Licence
One person, unlimited projects, paid client work included. The only thing you cannot do is pass the files on.

What the licence covers
Buying a look grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for one person. It does not transfer ownership or copyright, which stay with us.
You may
- Use the look on unlimited photographs and video projects, personal or commercial.
- Deliver graded work to paying clients, including advertising, editorial and broadcast.
- Monetise the resulting images and video: prints, stock, YouTube, social, licensed footage.
- Install the files on every machine you personally work on, including a laptop and a desktop.
- Modify the look for your own use — change the strength, stack it, build on it.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or give away the files.
- Include the files, modified or not, in a preset pack, course, template, plugin or app you distribute.
- Upload them to a marketplace, forum, cloud folder or file-sharing service.
- Hand the files to a client, an assistant or a colleague. They need their own licence.
- Claim authorship of the look itself, or sell it as your own signature grade.
Studios and teams
The licence is per person, not per company. If several editors need the same look, buy a seat for each. Email support@sbluts.com with a seat count for a quote and a single invoice.
Handing files to a client
You can deliver graded exports freely — those are yours. What you cannot deliver is the .cube, .3dl or .xmp file itself. If a client wants the look for their in-house team, point them here and they buy their own licence.
Attribution
Not required. Credit is welcome and never expected.
Updates
Improvements to a look you own are free for as long as it stays in the catalogue. Full access buyers also receive every new look released in the twelve months after purchase, under this same licence.
If the licence ends
The licence ends if you breach it or if you take a refund. In either case, delete every copy of the files. Work already delivered before that point is unaffected and stays licensed.
Warranty
The files are provided as described on their product pages. We do not warrant that a given look will suit a given photograph, camera or subject. Our liability is limited as set out in the terms of service.
