Privacy policy
Last updated 9 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data S&B LUTs collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect an email address so we can send you the files you paid for, and almost nothing else.
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is S & B Group International LLC, Rr. Bedri Gjinaj, Mitrovica 40000, Kosovo. For any privacy question or request, write to support@sbluts.com.
Payment data is controlled separately by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, under Paddle's privacy policy.
2. What we collect
When you buy
- Your email address, name, and the country and postcode used for tax purposes
- The products you bought, the amount, and the order reference
We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to Paddle and their payment processors.
When you email us
- Your email address and whatever you write in the message, kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and for our records afterwards
When you browse
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the checkout script from Paddle. Both providers receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving those files. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
- Contract — to take your order, deliver your files, and provide support.
- Legal obligation — to keep sales and tax records for the period our law requires.
- Legitimate interest — to prevent fraud and abuse of download links, and to keep the site working.
- Consent — only if you tick the box to receive occasional emails about new releases. You can withdraw it at any time from the link in any of those emails.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, and nothing is sold to anyone:
- Paddle — payment, invoicing, tax, fraud screening
- Resend (email delivery) — sending download links and receipts
- our web host — serving this website and the download files
Some of these process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
5. Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Paddle sets cookies necessary for checkout and fraud prevention when the checkout overlay opens. Those are strictly necessary to complete a purchase.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires, typically seven years
- Download links: 30 days from purchase
- Support email: up to two years after the conversation ends
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. Email support@sbluts.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Deleting your data does not remove records we must keep for tax purposes, and it may prevent us from reissuing a download link later.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has bought from us, contact us and we will delete the record and refund the purchase.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
