Terms of service — S&B LUTs

These terms apply to your use of sbluts.com and to anything you buy from it. Buying a product or using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy.

1. Who you are dealing with

S&B LUTs is a trading name of S & B Group International LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" means that company, and "you" means the person buying or using the products.

2. Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to billing and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.

This means Paddle's name appears on your card statement, Paddle issues your invoice, and Paddle calculates and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country.

3. What you are buying

All products sold here are digital files: colour lookup tables (.cube, .3dl) and develop presets (.xmp) for photo and video software. Nothing physical is shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Digital goods only — no services

Every product is a pre-made file, produced in advance and delivered automatically by download link. Nothing we sell involves human-provided services. We do not offer, and your purchase does not include, retouching, editing, custom grade development, consulting, training, coaching, or any other work performed by a person on your behalf. Support is limited to helping you download and install the files you bought.

Product pages describe what each look does and which applications it supports. They are accurate descriptions, not guarantees of a particular result on your own files — how a grade lands depends on your camera, exposure and subject.

4. Delivery

A download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment clearing. The link stays valid for 30 days and allows a reasonable number of downloads. If it expires or does not arrive, email us and we will reissue it at no cost.

It is your responsibility to enter a working email address and to check spam folders before reporting a missing delivery.

5. Licence

Your purchase grants a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. The full terms of that licence — including what you may do on commercial and client work — are set out on the licence page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on every purchase. The conditions and the process are described on the refund policy page, which also forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute the files, whether alone or inside another product;
publish the files or a derived preset pack on any marketplace, forum or file-sharing service;
attempt to interfere with the site, its checkout, or its download infrastructure;
use the site or products for anything unlawful.

Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately and without refund.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site and download links available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change prices, add looks, or withdraw looks from sale at any time. Withdrawing a look from sale does not affect a licence you have already bought.

9. Liability

The products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost profit or lost time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or affects statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a purchase already made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, and disputes fall to the courts of Kosovo. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
